Market leaders

Since the opening of the AVANT training centre for seafarers, it has gone one of the large-scale centres for training, retraining and further skills’ development. The MTC – AVANT team dwells of specialists with a large experience in machine training, who were directly involved in the creation of various simulators.

Experienced teachers

The educational process in our centre is conducted by competent teachers, instructors and masters of industrial training with long-time experience in the following industry, many of whom have also completed extra pieces of training in foreign educational institutions, shipping companies etc.

Licensing

The educational process at the MTC – “AVANT” is fulfilled on the basis of a perpetual licence from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for vocational training programs for marine working occupations.

Education

Education provided in the areas of training for specialists of ratings and officers of vessels is based on the Protocols of Compliance of the Maritime Administrations of Ukraine and other countries such as Panama, Dominican Republic, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Liberia, additionally on the Academy of the American Bureau of Shipping in accordance with the International Convention on the Training and Certification of Seafarers and Watchkeeping 1978, as amended.
