Must be able to: perform on board ship electric arc welding of units and parts of ship hull structures, ship pipelines of class 3, ship mechanisms and equipment in all spatial positions of the weld, gas welding and cutting of metals according to the competence confirmed by certificate; perform surfacing of defects of critical parts of machines, mechanisms and structures; monitor the proper technical condition of welding equipment
