Ship Electrician Training Course (Grade 2)

Must be able to: perform duties regarding standing watch in the engine room; participate in standing watch according to the ship's schedule with mandatory mutual understanding of maritime specific commands; participate in technical maintenance, preventive and current repair of ship electrical equipment, ensure its continuous operation; eliminate malfunctions in the operation of ship electrical machines, ship electrical equipment, ship alarm devices, lighting fixtures, electric heating appliances, etc.; perform basic fitting work; comply with rules and standards of labor protection, fire protection, personal hygiene and environmental protection, rules of conduct on board and production discipline; fulfill safety requirements and actions during emergency.
