The price of each course is shown on its page on the tcsavant.com website, in hryvnias per student. You can pay by Visa or Mastercard through the Platon payment service, or by bank transfer to the TRAINING CENTRE account.
You may withdraw from training at any time before the certificate is issued:
- if you withdraw before training starts, we refund 100% of the amount paid;
- if training has already started, we refund the payment minus the cost of the classes actually delivered.
Within 14 days of the certificate being issued, you may also withdraw from the service and submit a refund request. In that case the certificate is cancelled (including in the register, if it was entered there), and the money is refunded minus the TRAINING CENTRE’s documented costs. After 14 days from the date the certificate was issued, the money is not refunded.
To request a refund, email manager@tcsavant.com with your full name, the course title, and the date and amount of the payment. We review the request within 3 business days and return the money within 7 business days after approval, and no later than 30 calendar days from the day we receive the request. The money is returned to the same account from which the payment was made. The detailed terms are set out in the Public Offer.
