Lecturers and instructors have a diploma of a captain or senior assistant captain of long-range navigation, have documented evidence of training in instruction techniques and training methods and practices in accordance with the requirements of Sections A-I/6 and B-I/6 of the STCW Code, as amended, a certificate of the training course "Combating Maritime Cyber Security Threats (Cyber Risks)"

For theoretical training, a classroom is used, equipped with tables and chairs that provide an opportunity for note-taking; the number of teaching aids necessary for the training process; appropriate teaching and demonstration materials (stands, posters, posters, slides, photographs)
